One of my favorite sayings, “don’t believe everything you think” always reminds me that believing what you believe doesn’t make it right, good or meaningful. Letting go of those thoughts that don’t serve us anymore can be so hard, but it’s time.
If we hold on to everything we ever believed we thought, because of fear, conviction, or ego, we dismiss the possibility that we have more to learn.
