Chris Brogan’s article on how going to the gym helps his business reminded me that going to the gym and taking care of myself helps my business in more ways than I thought. I knew it sparked creativity and increased my energy, but I didn’t realize it helps me start.
I workout almost every day, but on the days I don’t, it’s because I hesitate. I do something else first and then one thing leads to another and I’m out of time or interest.
Instead of hashing out all of the reasons that the idea is no good or the solution won’t work, go to work.
You don’t know it all, but you know enough to start.
